Another Panda update 3.9 rolled out on 24th July, 2012. This update claims to affect about 1% of search results according to @google.
The best way to know if your website is affected by the Panda update is by keeping track of Google Analytics. Never neglect GA.

After Panda, searches have become more relevant and the fluff has definitely been filtered out. As the Panda filter kicks in, only top quality results are allowed to appear. Google is striving to make searches as relevant and query specific as possible and the updates are an effort in the right direction.
